• Tiny Sleep Co is a baby and child sleep consulting service to support clients in establishing routines, goals, creating schedules and tailoring sleep plans to support each clients’ individual needs.

• Tiny Sleep Co will determine the relationship between the child’s behaviour and the reason as to why they are not sleeping. The key issues addressed will be sleep environment, age-appropriate routine, nutritional needs, sleep associations and settling techniques.  

• Tiny Sleep Co will provide an intake questionnaire form and a meticulous sleep training plan suited to your family’s needs, once full payment has been made and received.

• All sleep plans provided by Tiny Sleep Co will consist of 7 days of committed sleep training after handover.

• Throughout the duration (7 days) of your chosen package, any pauses and extensions of time will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Tiny Sleep Co.

• Tiny Sleep Co has the right to refuse or withdrawal consulting services if you do not wish to abide by the safe sleeping guidelines that Tiny Sleep Co follows.

• Tiny Sleep Co advocates safe sleeping. If you wish to continue to co-sleep, bed share or continue unsafe sleep for your child, Tiny Sleep Co will not provide you with a customised sleeping plan. If you continue to practice unsafe sleep during sleep training, services will cease, and no refund will be provided.

• Tiny Sleep Co has the right to request information about your child’s sleeping environment.

• All content displayed or provided to clients is intellectual property of Tiny Sleep Co. You may not reuse, republish, or reprint such content without written consent. Plans are tailored and individualised for each client/child and cannot be used for 3rd parties.

• Tiny Sleep Co are not qualified to provide medical advice and will not offer such advice. When appropriate, the client will be directed to seek the assistance of a lactation consultant or a medical practitioner.

Payment

• Select a package that suits your requirements.

• Full payment is required prior to Tiny Sleep Co delivering tailored sleep plans.

• Payment options include bank transfer or credit card (online only).

• Receipt/proof of purchase will be issued within 48hrs of cleared funds.

• Payments to Tiny Sleep Co are non-refundable. By purchasing a package, you understand and acknowledge that notwithstanding all efforts of Tiny Sleep Co, in some cases the child concerned may not change their sleep habits.

However, most Personal Information is or will be stored in secure client files which will be kept for a minimum of 7 years.
